Our circumstances meant that we were looking for a second mortgage so wanted to make sure we had both a good deal and the best chance of finding a lender that was suitable

He sourced some deals and when the time came to sort out all the paperwork for our application Damian came to our house meaning that we didn't need to make a journey to an office.
