What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We was looking to remortgage due to being stuck in a bad mortgage for years and really need help and advise to sort out our situation.

How has Tom Routledge helped you?

Tom was brilliant from the first phone call right though the whole process. Kept us updated, informed us of any changes and was always on hand to help with any questions we had. Explained everything clearly and made the whole process so simple.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Tom sorted us a great deal and we are over the moon with the out come. We really couldn't have asked for more.

What could they have done better?

In all honesty I can't think of anything they could have done better, it really was first class service though the whole process.

I recently met with Tom for advice as a first-time buyer, and I was impressed with the level of service I received. As someone new to the mortgage process, I had a lot of questions, and Tom took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He made the entire experience feel stress-free and ensured I understood all my options. When the time comes and I have found a property I will definitely be going back to Tom.

I had a great experience with Tom, he was very informative and helpful and answered all my questions. I have seen a few advisors but after my chat with Tom I will definitely be using him when I find my dream family home and I will be recommending hI’m to family and friends.
