David has helped through several processes now but most recently a house purchase following a change in circumstances.

David has been a fantastic help throughout my mortgage application(s - as he has now helped through several different processes!). David is knowledgable and helps bring you along the journey, keeping me updated and checking in at various points, but what really stood out was that he was always happy to give his time to have a chat or answer my numerous questions throughout.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I am currently sat in my new home with a reasonable mortgage which I couldn’t have done without David’s help.

What could they have done better?

David (and Helen) were supportive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, attentive ant all times. There is honestly nothing that could have been improved.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were new in the UK and also the first time buyers. Therefore we needed to work with and adviser. Our estate agency recommended David. He provided all the details about the home buying process.

How has David Houchell helped you?

First of all, he is very responsive and proactive. Whenever I need help or have a questions, I got response less then an hour. It was really impressive. We got the best mortgage deal at that time. Our buying process was longer than average but he paintly follow all the process and advise us.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Definetly yes. No doubt!

What could they have done better?

Nothing, he is great and we couldn’t recommend him more.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Myself and my boyfriend were looking to purchase our first home so wanted to understand our affordability

How has David Houchell helped you?

Dave helped us so much from the initial conversation where he explained everything to do with mortgages and answered all our questions that we had. Listened to our concerns and offered practical advice when it came to looking for our first house. When the purchase was going through Dave kept in regular contact with us, making sure that we were happy with all decisions made and looked at insurance options with us. I couldn’t recommend Dave enough!

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, we have now completed on the purchase of our house

What could they have done better?

Absolutely nothing! The service was amazing to make sure there was never a delay and we were well informed the whole way through the process

We were looking for advice on securing a mortgage with very little previous knowledge. David helped us through every stage of the process and couldn’t have delivered a better service.

How has David Houchell helped you?

David was knowledgeable, accessible and highly efficient. He knew the answers to all our queries, was very clear with the advice he provided which was backed by a wealth of knowledge and experience, and had a very rapid response time meaning we got through the process fast. Couldn’t recommend him strongly enough.

Yes, completely.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, it was exactly what we needed.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were first time buyers with no clue how the home buying process works! David was recommended to us by a friend and I cannot fault the service he provided. He explained everything in 'simple terms' for us and made the whole process so easy for us!

David is so helpful and responsive. He explained the mortgage process from start to finish in detail and explained things in terms that we would understand as first time buyers.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes - 100%! We moved in to our new home yesterday and David made the process so much easier for us.

What could they have done better?

Nothing! His customer service and knowledge has been outstanding! :)
