The fixed term of one of my two mortgages was coming to an end, and I needed advice on a new mortgage deal and on how to reduce my mortgage balance so as to keep payments at a manageable level despite interest rate rises.

Tom secured a full mortgage for me (90%) with TSB, and the offer was in place and mortgage valuation completed within 2 weeks start to finish. Also, I have an existing property so we had to decided on a particular lender to suit my circumstances but still seek a reasonable rate of interest.
