What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We were moving house and needed help arranging our mortgage and life insurance cover.
How has Siobhan Whitfield helped you?
Siobhan, listened to our requirements and then provided us with details of the products that best suited our circumstances and needs. Everything was explained clearly and she was very efficient in obtaining an Offer in Principle for as when we were on a tight deadline to secure the property.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes - Siobhan was able to get us much better deals than we would have if we'd tried to do this independently as she had lots of information at her finger tips. She made the whole process much easier for us we just told her what we wanted and needed and she came back with information so we could chose.
What could they have done better?
Siobhan was excellent - she went the extra mile to help us - there really isn't anything more she could have done.
