What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Purchasing a property and requiring a mortgage. Having spoken to some other local independant mortgage advisors, as well as my bank, who weren't able to answer my questions or give me any useful advice, I looked online and found Hinesh.

He walked me through the process of getting a mortgage and later sorting out life insurance. He has been exceptionally helpful in very difficult circumstances. He made sure I knew what was happening, took the time to answer all my questions, gave his honest assessment of my options and worked out of office hours on many occasions to get me the mortgage that I wanted. I am greatly appreciative of his help with this and would recommend his services to anyone.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, I got the mortgage that I wanted and am now close to completing on the property. This is an excellent result given that many banks had extremely limited mortgage offers at the time when I was applying.

What could they have done better?

I can't think think of anything he could have done better. Given the difficult circumstances, I can't see how he could have done any better.

I wanted to have a remortgage on my current house .
