they called and we arranged for them to call me back on the Thursday, I still have not heard from them, I will go elsewhere.

Hi Steve, We are most concerned by this and take any negative feedback seriously. As you mentioned we did call and text on the first day to ensure contact was made as soon as possible, but I appreciate your overall experience has suffered, In terms of the follow up call I have checked our phone records and can see that a call was made on Thursday afternoon. It is possible that this has not connected through correctly, which would seem likely given your feedback. We would love to still work with you and I'd be happy to offer a reduction in our broker fee should you wish to do so to offer some recompense for the inconvenience. Regards, SamReview

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Having been let down by a previous financial advisor when it came to me buying my first property a few years ago, I was introduced to Sam Harding at the 11th hour by the estate agent.
How has Sam Harding helped you?
Sam was fantastic in terms of arranging a mortgage offer in principle within the matter of a day or two, walking me through the steps, keeping me informed and managing the process quickly and efficiently.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, due to Sam's help and quick intervention I was able to complete the purchase of the property and have since remortgaged after my two year deal expired with Sam. I wouldn't hesitate in letting him handle any mortgage queries in the future.
What could they have done better?
Nothing, Sam has been great in all of our interactions and I would happily recommend him to any friends, family, clients of mine
