Neil has helped me enormously by firstly listening to my future plans/budget/current financial commitments, then sourcing the best BTL mortgage products from a huge range of available mortgage providers, then patiently making sure I understood the products that he recommended. He kept me informed with each step of the mortgage application process, and chased me for outstanding documents! I felt the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently. What I liked too was the fact that Neil always answered your calls or at least messaged back to say he would call back asap and he did just that! Neil is such an approachable guy who is genuinely interested in you as a person. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neil to family and friends.

Originally Neil helped us with equity release on our home for home improvements, since then he has helped us with various different things, potential rental investment and renewal of our fixed rate on our mortgage.

Once Neil had all information, he was efficient and professional with the equity release we received our funds around nine weeks after our first contact/ meeting with him. He contact us recently regarding our fixed rate renewal and explained everything in depth and helped us make the best financial decision that suited us.

First time buyer and had no idea where to begin! Neil was amazing from start to finish very transparent with fees etc. He was so efficient. Answered every question, and made the whole process of getting a mortage seem easy! Always there to take a quick phone call or respond to a message when I was unsure of something and would give me advice. I first seen Neil when I was looking at getting a mortage he advised me what I needed to do to be able achieve that and a few months later, I'm now a home owner thanks to him!

Hi Ryan, I did call at the time you designated you wanted the call, but unfortunately there was no answer at that time and so left a voicemail suggesting that you could call me back at any time, although I likely will have also suggested that I would also try to call you back again later in the day which I do not think happened and so I apologise for this and hope you have found the answers you needed. My overall scores clearly show that I speak to the vast majority of people and also hep alot of people with their goals and their own returning score is usually far more favourable, but again, I'm sorry if you were not contacted on this occassion.
