What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We are first buyers' couple. We visited Neil Allan to get direction on how to walk our journey towards acquiring a house. We did not know where to start and Neil redirected us in a welcoming and comforting way.

First consultation was a life changer. Unbelievably we went back home with smily faces and our hopes were restored. The fact that we attended our consultation with all the relevant documents that Neil had advised us to bring along, made things easy for Neil to give us overall advise based our our current financial situation. Neil contacted the banks and managed to secure a provisional letter indicating that we qualified for a mortgage, it was so unreal, and absolutely amazing, a dream come true, to be precise. I felt so comforted, despite my endless questions, felt like we had known him for years. Easy to communicate with and easy to get an appointment with him. Definitely recommend any first buyers who seem to be directionless like we were?

Yes, we are proud first buyers and now reside in our property. All the credit to Neil Allan.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. He is a rare gem. I feel like telling the whole world.

My partner and I were in the process of saving for a deposit to buy our first home. During this time, our landlord informed us he was selling his property and gave us a deadline to be out of our current rented accommodation by.

We arrived to Neil in a bit of a panic given the circumstances, Neil was extremely accommodating and kind, going through all the options available to us. He presented them in a clear and detailed way, taking time to go through all the different scenarios and how they would affect us. Neil provided great communication, never making me feel like my endless stream of questions was too much, (which I'm sure it was at times!) No doubt that Neil made the whole process much more calming, felt reassured knowing we were in good hands rather than trying to figure it out on our own.

Neil was able to get us a full mortgage in fast time.

Nothing, service was top class. Highly recommend to anyone!
