Hi Ryan, I did call at the time you designated you wanted the call, but unfortunately there was no answer at that time and so left a voicemail suggesting that you could call me back at any time, although I likely will have also suggested that I would also try to call you back again later in the day which I do not think happened and so I apologise for this and hope you have found the answers you needed. My overall scores clearly show that I speak to the vast majority of people and also hep alot of people with their goals and their own returning score is usually far more favourable, but again, I'm sorry if you were not contacted on this occassion.

Since my last review , unfortunately things didn’t go to plan with the house. As it’s a new build there has been so many set backs. As a result off this Neil had to request an extension on our Mortgage offer. He done this without hesitation and kept me informed every step off the way. It was such a relief knowing he was able to take control of this for my husband and I and take the stress off this away from us. 1st class service. Hoping he will be able to work his wonders again in 2022 as a new mortgage application is now needed.

I was struggling for over six months to get a re-mortgage that would also facilitate a change in equity on the existing mortgage. I realised I need a financial advisor who I could discuss mortgage options with and try to get a re-mortgage offer.
How has Neil Allan helped you?
Neil was very helpful and understanding from the first call. On that initial call he quickly found some products that met what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble and Neil found a product that cost a lot less that what I had been able to find on my own searches. Neil called to my home a few days later and applied for the mortgage offer on my behalf. He got me an offer that I had failed to do on my own and had almost given up on getting.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, I got the mortgage offer I had hoped for and at a much lower price that I had imagined. After I got my offer the offer date almost expired due to an issue with the change of equity which was outside my control. Six months on from the original offer and Neil contacted me to help get it back on track and save the offer. This was above an beyond in my view and I am extremely appreciative that Neil proactively saved my mortgage offer and got an extension to the original offer.
