We have sent lots emails and made lots of calls to Jenny with all different questions as first time buyers and Jenny has always been happy to help and responds very quickly. Once we found our perfect house, Jenny was able to advise us of next steps and got our mortgage sorted very quickly and kept us updated throughout. Jenny also helped us in sorting life insurance and income protection and was very knowledgeable in all these areas. The best thing about the whole process is that we never felt pressured in to taking any policies out and felt at ease with Jenny throughout.
