Jenny cares about the whole process and beyond. When there were sticky points in the house purchase process, she was will to advise/ investigate and liaise with other parties to assist. Jenny makes sure she gets to know who you are and your values to match you with the product you require. She is very good with following up on tasks. If you are not knowledgeable she with help you respectfully. She is a good listener, therefore, allowing her to understand your needs.
