Sophie is so knowledgeable and I trusted her to find the best mortgage with the best price. Nothing is ever too much for her and she always goes above and beyond to help with all the questions myself and my partner had. We will definitely be back when we need to explore our mortgage again!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Sophie Howard had been recommended to us when we were looking to purchase a buy to let property. As the property was going to let to our son this complicated the process.

How has Sophie Howard helped you?

Sophie was great at keeping positive despite several set backs and worked really hard at finding a solution that was right for us.

We were really pleased that we achieved our aim of purchasing the property and at a reasonable interest rate for the market.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

A new business looking initially for pension, insurance and protection advice which then led to requiring personal mortgage advice. A good friend provided the introduction to Sophie and Peter at BPI and we weren't disappointed.

How has Sophie Howard helped you?

Sophie provided seamless advice and she is very quick and efficient. Sophie is an amazing communicator and let me know what was happening at every moment. The great thing about Sophie and BPI is I never have to chase, it is actually quite the opposite, Sophie is so efficient that she is always reminding me or giving me a nudge on information that I need to complete.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely. I got a 5 year fixed rate mortgage, prior to rate changes.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. The advice and representations were perfect, I even got a card congratulating me on my house move.

I have always thought about saving and planning for retirement but needed a company that was going to focus my mind in the right direction and this is where Sophie @ BPI came in.

As first time buyers Sophie helped us by explaining the process of applying for a mortgage, the types of mortgage products as well as advising on mortgage terms. Sophie made the application for us and secured a very competitive mortgage offer for us.

Sophie help my son secure a mortgage for his purchase on his first property, she helped us every step of the way through the sale too. She held our hand through the process and secured income protection policy. Sophie guided Conor through the process of purchasing a property and what is required with encouragement and knowledge.
