What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking for a mortgage to buy a new build property after 7 years of renting.

How has Paul McDaid helped you?

I work as a contractor through my own ltd company and I needed to borrow 95% of my target property's value at a time when virtually no lenders were offering 95% mortgages on new build properties. Paul took the challenge on without hesitation and was able to find and secure a mortgage at a competitive rate that I was able to afford. Throughout the initial process Paul was first class to deal with, always on top of things, always professional, always friendly. The icing on the cake was Paul also getting me a very low quote for house insurance which I also took up.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have 100% seen the outcome I was hoping for. I bought the house I wanted and when the first 2yrs was up I used Paul again to re-mortgage the property. Same great service, same great results, same outstanding value for money. I know who I will be talking to before anyone else when my next mortgage renewal comes up.

Nothing. Everything Paul did met or exceeded my expectations.

First class and very friendly service received from Paul having been recommended by a family member. Paul assisted with the paperwork which was needed to set up the right to buy application, he put me in touch with an excellent solicitor and found me a great mortgage taking time to find the best deal for me given my own circumstances and not what could benefit him as an advisor.

Paul McDaid, I cant thank him enough for everything he has done for me over the last year with buying my first house! He has been very professional on all levels of his work and is more than happy to help out with anything he can. He is extremely friendly, easy to talk to and took the time to explain all the legal jargon I was unsure about ( which made everything much easier to understand).
