I joined MAB in 2015 as a Financial Adviser. I have worked in financial services for over 16 years in various roles including head of sales at a previous firm. I opted to move back to face to face advice as I feel this is the most rewarding part of my role. It is great to meet people and give them advice on the best way to manage their debt and therefore help them reduce their overall outgoings or help them find the best financial solution for their circumstances. All people are unique and have differing requirements so it’s great to help them plan. I am a school governor at my local primary school, I find this role rewarding as my knowledge and skillset complements the other governors to give the school a strong forward thinking governing board. I enjoy helping the school plan financially and in other ways for the future I’m an avid runner and cycle rider, I have completed 14 marathons and I am due to complete London Marathon this year. I have also cycled from Lands’ end to John O Groats and the less glamorous Lowestoft to St David’s. All of my sporting activities raise money for very worthwhile charities, including a lot of the local charities in East Anglia. I have a young family and enjoy spending time with them and I am often found strolling the beaches of north Norfolk at the weekend and enjoying some quality family time.
