I am primarily based in Norwich and provide Mortgage and Protection advice. I carry out both face-to-face and telephone-based advice from a range of locations and provide cover for the rest of the team as and when required. I've worked in the financial services industry for almost 20 years starting with sub-prime lenders moving on to an advising role with NatWest & Royal Bank of Scotland, before switching to mortgage broking for Mortgage Advice Bureau in November 2015. I pride myself on providing friendly and easy to understand advice and assistance to a wide range of clients across Norfolk & Suffolk, and by telephone to clients in the rest of the UK. I take a common-sense approach with lenders and particularly enjoy negotiating with lenders and insurers to find a solution when an application doesn’t necessarily meet strict criteria. I enjoy European city breaks, most recently going to the Christmas markets in Germany last December. I have a 2 year old dog named Murphy who reluctantly takes me for a walk once a day, and spend a lot of my spare time running as I take on a marathon each year - the next one being Brighton in 2024.
