Imran was very informative and let me know what was happening at every stage. As I've never been involved with things of this nature before I was confused at times. Imran broke it down into useful bits of information that I could easily digest and also went out his way to produce charts and information that was easily understandable. I will definitely be recommending Imran to friends and family. He has vast knowledge of his field, easy to talk to and a credit to Harmony financial services. 20 out of 10.

First time buyer didn’t know the process or where to start so thought a mortgage broker would be helpful

Nothing more. Imran was always available to help and answer my questions. The process can be overwhelming being a first time buyer but knowing you have someone with a wealth of knowledge and experience securing the mortgage deal you want helps a lot!
