What could they have done better?
The service from the ladies who dealt with our case were rubbish. I then requested a different lady takes over our case and then things went smoother. Madiha/Madiya needs to be sacked from this business as she is not doing Tanveer any favours, she was not helpful at all and certainly not professional. If it was down to her I would have not gone ahead with their services.
