What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Approached Lisa regarding a buy to let mortgage after meeting her 6 months before hand at a networking event. I had contacted two high street banks before hand but couldn't get know where.

Having met Lisa 6 months before hand, i kept her business card because she was polite and professional. When i rang her she had the same personality i remember. Great thing with her is she listened to what i wanted and filled in the gaps when i didn't understand something. A massive help for me because she opened my eyes to lenders i had never heard of and explained what i would need to get for the lender. She has really patient and she took a call from me one night at 7.45pm when i needed to clarify something

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The mortgage is still pending at present

What could they have done better?

Thankfully for me nothing. She was really in-touch with the whole market and seemed to understand each lenders criteria.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I have had nothing but excuses from Lisa. she was ill! mother ill! had a burin car. she said she had a mortgage for me so I paid the fee after waiting well over three months I decided to go else where ! new advisor got want I wanted within the week. Lisa offered as a gesture of goodwill £200 of my £500 fee I paid her BUT that like Lisa has not been seen since Good luck with her you will need it !!!

Lisa was there for us all the way through the mortgage process coming out to see us several times to do both the mortgage and our insurance

She was there every step of the way and didn’t stop until she got me a lender there were a few issues with the location of the property and some banks werent willing to give me a mortgage

Yes I have been in my home since the week before Christmas and absolutely love it
