What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted to secure a second mortgage while my partner was working overseas and I was working in the UK. Unsure of how to get a mortgage agreement in principle—especially since most high street banks would be unwilling to approve a mortgage in our situation—we decided to reach out to Gavin for assistance.

Gavin was supportive right from the start. He helped us organize our finances for the mortgage applications and looked at the best lenders, both high-street and alternative options. Gavin went above and beyond by checking bi-weekly if rates had dropped with some lenders and made a strong case for why certain lenders should consider giving us a mortgage, especially given my partner's international work status. Additionally, Gavin was patient enough to assist us with up to eight mortgage applications, which shows his dedication to his clients and his work as a whole.

I barely had to do a thing, it was all in hand with regular updates without the need to prompt. Superb service and highly recommended, thank you.
