We wanted to move to an apartment enabling my mum to live with us for her future care & company.
How has Laura Smith helped you?
It was a daunting prospect as not only was it a change of address it was a lifestyle change that effected 3 of us. Laura talked us through the options at our home after work so that made it so easy for us. Really easy to talk to & took on board the very emotional reasons we had for needing her advice.

We are now in the apartment & celebrated with bottle of wine on our first night. Laura & Becky (her admin) could not have done more from the original advice to seeing the process through to our family celebration.

Honestly nothing Laura could have done better. She totally worked to our timescales which was often after 8pm but always available on the phone. Laura was recommended to us & we thank the person who gave us her details.

Being self employed it is difficult and takes a lot of time to search mortgage deals. We also decided to mortgage the house after just 2 months of ownership, something we were told was not possible
