Welcome to Mermaid Mortgages. Finding the right Mortgage Advisor who listens and understands you and your aims is vital. Having a Mortgage Advisor who also understands the market place and has had many years of helping people buy and thrive in their homes is equally as important. To me there's no such thing as "can you get a mortgage?" - to me it's "what mortgage can you, and should you, get?" With 25 years as a mortgage advisor under my belt, I've dealt with pretty much every type of situation out there, and I have many happy clients to attest to that. I offer a bespoke, personal service, offering either telephone based or face to face consultations in the comfort of your own home, at a time to suit your work and family commitments. I live and work in Torbay, having relocated to the area with my partner some years ago. I've totally fallen in love with beautiful South Devon and it's warm and welcoming people. When I'm not helping my clients buy, improve or keep their homes you can find me exploring the area with our dogs, or fooling myself into thinking I'm a contender for MasterChef or Bake Off - my kitchen is my playground! I'm also a keen sea swimmer and when not helping my clients I'll be found in my Dry Robe and Bobble hat at one of our local beautiful beaches.
