It was time to remortgage as the excellent fixed deal which Lisa previously arranged for me was expiring. Lisa again supported me to secure another arrangement and again provided a perfect arrangement for my circumstances. This was done extremely efficiently and with thorough advice throughout. I would recommend Lisa every time.

I have used Lisa three times over the last 5 years and she is always friendly, helpful, efficient and thorough.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes especially as we were late organising our remortgage and she got it organised for us very quickly, which saved us money and reduced our stress levels!

What could they have done better?

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were looking to buy our first home but felt we weren't in a position to do so.

Lisa used her extensive knowledge and experience to experty guide us through the while process. Our circumstances were far from ideal but she knew exactly what to do at every step of the journey. Lisa went above and beyond and found a solution to every hurdle that popped up.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We have definitely seen the outcome we were hoping for. We couldn't be happier with the help we recieved and we wouldn't have gotten where we are without Lisa.

What could they have done better?

There really wasn't anything that could have been done better. We honestly couldn't recommended Lisa enough and will be contacting her again as soon as we need her services (maybe even sooner than that).
