This extensive background means Adele knows exactly what lenders look for and how to present cases effectively to achieve a swift mortgage offer. Adele’s expertise has been recognised across the financial sector. She was headhunted to help launch a new mortgage lender and has held pivotal roles in Business Development and Arrears Counselling. With over 13 years as a qualified mortgage adviser, Adele continues to advise clients while proudly leading her award-winning mortgage brokerage, established in 2019. As a respected voice in the industry, Adele frequently contributes to national mortgage discussions, debates, and publications, including Mortgage Strategy and Mortgage Introducer. She was also a VIP speaker at the Financial Times Adviser Forum 2023, discussing The Future of Buy-to-Let Mortgages. Beyond her professional life, Adele is passionate about charity work.
