Dan is honestly one of the best finds my husband and I have ever made. There is not a single living soul more helpful, informative or engaging than Dan. We had no idea what we were doing when it came to a second mortgage, but he took us through everything. I bombarded him with early morning calls and late night messages - and he went through every melt down with care and patience...I honestly doubt there are many more demanding or neurotic customers than I, but Dan calmed me down and answered every panic with ease. In short, we asked a lot from him with ever changing ideals and rapid timescales but he has never once let us down. I cannot praise him enough. Dan goes above and beyond every time!

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Without a doubt exceeded every outcome we were looking for!!! Dan not only spoke to use nearly every single day, he also liaised with the estate agents and arranged our second purchase mortgage in less that two weeks. You cannot ask for more.

What could they have done better?

Genuinely nothing. I cannot fault even the tiniest thing. Dan’s practice and service are exemplary!

I needed advice on whether or not I should remortgage.

How has Daniel Borley helped you?

Dan visited me at home, sat down and went through my mortgage statement with me. He pointed out my current rate and repayment, what rates were currently on the market and if he could save me any money. Ultimately he told me that although he could save me a small amount of money every month, given the low rate that I had in place it was not worth changing given my circumstances. This was all done for free.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes.

What could they have done better?

Nothing! Dan was fantastic. We spoke by phone at first and then he came to see me at home. The fact that he took time to answer my questions and tell me that I had a good rate already was fantastic, especially as there was no charge for doing that.

We was selling our property and looking to buy a bigger more expensive property. When we wanted to increase our mortgage out lender wanted to split the mortgage. I didn't want to do this so seeked the help of an advisor

We were remortgaging and wanted to find the best deal on the market that also allowed us to release equity.

How has Daniel Borley helped you?

Daniel found better products than we could on the high street, he managed the process through to application (we had to take over from there, which is standard) and it saved us both a huge amount of time that we could ill-afford. Definite value for money in our eyes.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Better, we had our mortgage approved and cash in the bank a month before we expected it.

What could they have done better?

The only improvement is feedback for the company. Their IT system and connection package is in desperate need of an overhaul. Poor Daniel spent a lot of time on the phone to the IT department due to system and dongle issues.
