I have been a Mortgage adviser since 1995 having prior to this worked Estate Agency for 5 years for a large corporate company. Then Moved into Mortgage advising and then senior management and returned to a more customer facing role which gives me the most amount of pleasure. Having left the corporate world opened my own brokerage called AMAZING MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS LIMITED. My particular areas of interest are Mortgage & Protection planning as well as a more holistic approach to guiding customers through the home buying process. Having attained industry recognised financial certifications from The Chartered Insurance Institute and The Chartered Institute of Bankers. Although I had qualified as a financial adviser, I’ve chosen to specialise as a Mortgage and Protection advisor. During my period of working and collaborating with some of the UK’s leading estate agency groups, I received numerous mortgage related awards, included back-to-back GOLD ESTA’s awards (Mortgage industry's equivalent to the Oscars many would say), Many have said that this goes towards demonstrating the exceptional service and commitment I offer to my clients. It is always an honor and privilege to serve my customers. My client’s base is very diverse ranging from young professionals just starting their home buying journey to more seasoned homeowners and investor clients completing their next transaction. I also advise Limited company directors on Buy to let investments and how best to finance the purchase or remortgages. Confidentiality is Key- It is a huge responsibility knowing so much about a client’s private financial affairs and their hopes and fears for the future. It’s my duty to offer the best solutions available based on their set of circumstances. I believe the key to being a good adviser is having a reasonable level of technical knowledge but more importantly the ability to listen and connect with what really matters to clients. Honesty, integrity and trust are key ingredients to the role. My spare time tends to revolve around caring for my elderly parents who are in their 90's and brother who has severe autism. I am grateful for the fact that my wife and son are extremely supportive. Asa family we spend our spare moments enjoy watching Football, movies together as well as going out for meals whenever possible.
