We did not see Adrian but his colleague Luke Spires who was very helpful.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Having been let down at the last minute by our bank, we turned to Beechwood Mortgages and Adrian to help us to finance a "buy to let" property. Our financial circumstances are very complex involving my husband working for his own company, a variety of small investments, a part-time position with another employer but despite this, Adrian was able to find a suitable mortgage provider and re-mortgage provider.

How has Adrian Collins helped you?

Adrian worked diligently and very efficiently in finding suitable funds for our buy to let purchase. He also had to cope with us being abroad for 3 weeks during the process! Adrian was extremely thorough in explaining what was required, even discovering an error made by our solicitors! We would always use his services in future.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, we were able to raise the funds needed successfully with Adrian's help as our circumstances meant that we were ineligible from the viewpoint of some mortgage providers.

What could they have done better?

I really cannot think of anything Beechwood Mortgages could have improved on! Their main difficulty was with us as clients owing to the complex nature of our finances/income etc.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

The fist time to do a buy to let mortgage and a new house as i was moving to anew area after getting married.

Spent the time to understand what I was looking for and found it. He was straight forward to deal with not trying to sell you something.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes I got exactley what I wanted and have come back for a remortgage.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, I have recommend him to friends and family all have ended up using him.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We wished to buy an unusual property - a pub that had recently closed and had been granted change of use to a residential property. In spite of this, the high-street lenders wouldn't touch it. They all felt that the building still had 'commercial ties' and were not interested in mortgaging it.

How has Adrian Collins helped you?

Adrian sought out lenders with an open mind who could see the potential in the property that we saw. Within a couple of days he had found not one, but two willing lenders offering competitive interest rates.

Yes, abosolutely!.

What could they have done better?

Adrian and his team were on top of things throughout the process. We couldn't have asked for better service.

I needed advice on a remortgage.
