What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

First of all, I had a doubt whether I am eligible to go for a mortgage to buy a house in UK as my initial attempt with one of the leading banks was unsuccessful. Secondly, I had a question on what is the correct time for a mortgage as many people advised me not to go for a mortgage at this time as rates are high. Further, I didn’t have any idea about interest rates, how it varies and future trends.

For my first concern, Roshan clearly explained the eligibility criteria and helped me to find a suitable lender. Mr Roshan and his team were the only people within my home buying process that I could rely on, they always easy to get in contact with and always answered any questions I had and elated any fears I had within the process. I bought a shared ownership flat and they allowed the process to go through smoothly. Even though they were there as mortgage advisors, they even gave me advise in issues arrising from my own solicitors to the vendors solicitors which has been incredibly helpful.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I reached out to Roshan through a trusted reference who had already got Roshan's successful advice, and I was at a stage where I was already looking for a trusted adviser for my mortgage for over 4-5 months by that time. I wasn't getting the proper guidance and support I was looking for, and most of the advice I received were either falls promises or guidance in the wrong direction due to lack of knowledge and experience.

How has Roshan Vitharanage helped you?

Roshan took time in understanding my scenario and situation well. He then explained the possible routes that I could take, and the requirement I would need to fulfill for every possible route. He has a wonderful team who works for him, and the communication between them is so much synced that you don't have to repeat the discussions you had with one another.
