What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted to buy a house , I was looking for mortgage advisor.

Angie is a really clever mortgage advisor, after speaking to nearly 3 or 4 mortgage advisors before her she was the only one who managed to get us the best deal ,before talking to her I nearly thought I would never buy a house as the monthly payments others gave us was nearly £1000 above what she gave us , she is really patient so quick as she managed to get us the agreement in principle nearly in few days ,we have asked her about everything as we are 1st time buyers, she made everything clear , also her help in getting the best home insurance was amazing, I really can’t recommend her enough.

Yes, I bought the house I wanted in really short time , even when I changed my mind and decided to buy a different house she managed to get us a new agreement in one day .

She helped us for re-mortgage as our mortgage contract was soon expired, and also she helped to find better and right policies and insurance to replace our old policies and insurance for us.

Yes, we get a new lender and new policies and insurance, we are happy with that. Only 1 policy left, Life Cover for my wife, is still in process. We hope she get it very soon.

A mortgage advisor understands lenders criteria. A good advisor deals different lenders on a daily basis. They can search the market on my behalf and recommend the best deal. It’s saves my time as the advisor will know which lender is likely to be most suitable for me. When you working with an advisor, you are developing a relationship that could last for the entire length of your mortgage.

Angie help me from the very start with my mortgage, right through to the day I have picked up my keys. She explained me what the first steps are. Find me a mortgage and proceed the application. She has deal with the mortgage application, helping my to find mortgage protection insurance and she was always available for me.
