I don’t even know where to start if I could give a million star review I would! Carol has helped me more than she will ever know, she’s listened to me laugh cry worry and more, I have been such a stressful client but she took it all in her stride, nothing was ever too much trouble she was always on the end of the phone, gave me the best advice, checked in on me to make sure I was ok on multiple occasions and just went above and beyond.
