Simon goes well above and beyond and clearly has the customer's interests at heart.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My partner and I are both self employed and were in a predicament buying a new home together both having come to it from differing places both geographically and financially. we needed a mortgage and needed it quickly to purchase our lovely new home together.

How has Simon Muirhead helped you?

I contacted Simon on a Friday late afternoon and he literally picked up the phone and helped me there and then and his support, experience and professionalism throughout as well as his approachable and can do approach has been utterly invaluable. He has always been available, stuck with us despite moving goalposts and delivered a first class service throughout..

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We cannot thank him enough and he has literally made things happen for us despite many set backs for us and complexities mounting on our side....he is without question the best advisor I have had and I won't be looking anywhere else in the future.

What could they have done better?

Absolutely nothing - he has kept us informed, encouraged us to keep going, sent us reminders in our busy schedules, been patient, whilst always courteous and helpful and given us so much confidence in the process that he guided us through step by step..

We needed a mortgage and sort life insurance

Yes he has been fantastic and went above and beyond to help us secure a mortgage. Also sort all our life insurance so we had the very best of every option

Nothing whatsoever

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Being Self-employed and only for 3 months finding a mortgage lender that would allow me to be on the mortgage with my girlfriend and not considered a dependency felt nearly impossible.

How has Simon Muirhead helped you?

Simon went above and beyond contacting all different types of lenders both high street and mostly smaller lenders in an attempt to find one that would accept both me and my girlfriend on the mortage and he was successful in doing so. Additionally, Simon answered all emails usually within a couple of hours but if not, always the same day and most importantly for me, Simon was always available to talk on the phone which made the whole process, as a first time buyer, much less confusing and intimidating.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, Simon was amazing doing everything we could've hoped for and then more on top. I cannot reccommend his services enough.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I required support locating a suitable mortgage.

Great communication, Simon has updated me with all steps of the process and was on hand for any queries. Took the stress out of a process that is alien to me.
