What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were buying our first home and were recommended Your Mortgage Expert by the estate agents who showed us round a house.

How has Adam Nanson helped you?

Adam called us very quickly, he was able to find us a very competitive mortgage for our circumstances. He also changed the mortgages when we decided to go for a different property and was in constant contact with the lender. He also helped us to change the mortgage offer at the last minute due to a mix up with the contracts.

Yes absolutely.

How has Adam Nanson helped you?

Extremely helpful with advice and sharing market insight in a tough period. Took all the hassle and task away from the AIP and actual application process. Maintained regular communication and kept me updated all the way through the process. There was an element I was unhappy with in regards to the lender survey process and Adam also helped me to resolve this too, which wasn't really in his remit.

When I first needed a mortgage, Adam offered such a good service that I have always gone straight back when we have remortgaged or moved house. The service still is exceptionally high.

He helped me through the process of finding a mortgage company that would take on my debt but also consider my bad credit score

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely, I am thrilled with the outcome as I now have an easy monthly payment and no debt, with the added bonus of a good interest rate and a reputable well known mortgage company.

The length of time it took to complete was longer than I expected but I believe this was to do with the mortgage companies dragging their heels, so to speak.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My partner and I wanted advice on mortgages. We wanted to see what we could get with the money we had saved or to see if we needed to save more.

How has Adam Nanson helped you?

Adam Nanson and his colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly. We were made to feel comfortable and at ease. We were in a better situation than we thought (after the meeting) and we got the ball rolling. Throughout the process I didn't fill one single form out and we asked all the stupid questions that first time buyers ask. Adam was so helpful and always gave us the time of day to help and advice us.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

With in 8 weeks we were in our first property! The whole process was easy and relaxed. No stress and no hassle, mainly due to Adam and his colleagues. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone.

I am a contractor, therefore require specialist mortgage advice.

How has Adam Nanson helped you?

Adam has now concluded 2 mortgages for us (new mortgage then a remortgage), and is currently arranging a buy-to-let mortgage for us. He also arranged our life insurance for us. We keep returning to him for some great reasons - he is always available, and ready to help. He provides great advice, and always ensures that he meets our requirements exactly. He is prepared to explain things in such a way that even a lummox like me can understand, and his level of service has remained consistently good over the last 3 years. What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking to re-mortgage my property which is currently let while I am working abroad. I wanted to get a lower interest rate than I was paying and release a small amount of capital.

How has Adam Nanson helped you?

I had an initial conversation with Adam, which was much more useful than the myriad of fact finding sheets I had to send to other advisers, where he collected all the information he needed from me. My case was quite complex and several other advisers and told me it would be 'impossible' to find a lender. After a few days Adam came back with a fantastic offer which ticked all the boxes for me and then expertly guided me through the process to completion. He was always prompt to answer any questions I might have and everything was explained thoroughly so I knew exactly what was going on at each stage of the process.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Although the process took a long time due to the complexity of my personal situation and needing to get the correct documents sent back to the UK, it ran smoothly right through to completion and has resulted in me getting exactly the new mortgage I wanted - the one everyone else told me would be impossible to find!.

What could they have done better?

I can honestly say there was nothing in the entire end to end process I would want doing differently if it were repeated.

We are a couple in our 60s who were looking to remortgage a house in England to pay for building works in France.Adam came up with three excellent products very quickly and gave us a Rolls Royce service throughout.He is exceptionally courteous and always reply fast to communications.
