Yes - More than! Nothing was too much trouble and Darren was always on hand to answer all my questions and give me confidence in the process. What impressed me most is that in the end we didn't need a mortgage as we bought a cheaper property but it didn't change Darren's attitude at all to trying to help and support me. As a result, I have already recommended him to some friends as i know they will be in safe hands.
