Not fully knowing the process and steps to purchase my first home.
How has Carol White helped you?
She has gone above and beyond to help me purchase me first home, from helping me make sense and complete paperwork to chasing up (without being asked) every step of the way. No request was too much for Carol or question too silly. I can't thank her enough for helping me every step of the way and for her expertise advice and efficiency. I can't recommend her enough.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Very much so.
What could they have done better?
I can honestly say Carol couldn't have done any better. The process was so quick, smooth and efficient. She is such a knowledgeable professional.

How has Carol White helped you?
Carol has sought mortgages for me on two occasions, in 2017 and 2022. On both occasions she has delivered products to a highly professional standard and worked incredibly hard to get the best deal for us! Her advice is second to none and always up to date and relative with the current financial market. She is very good at explaining things in layman's terms without making you feel uncomfortable; her communication is fab! Very approachable advisor, wouldn't go to anyone else.

Personally, she couldn't improve anything.
