I have been leading the mortgage department at Foxgrove Associates Ltd. in Sevenoaks since 2010. My primary goal is to deliver professional and tailored advice, helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage for their unique needs, circumstances, and aspirations—whether they are purchasing their dream home or planning their financial future. A significant part of my work involves assisting clients with re-mortgages. Many homeowners seek to reduce monthly expenses by switching to lower rates, and I draw on extensive experience to explore both their existing lender’s offerings and the broader market to find the best solution. Equity Release is an increasingly prominent area of our business. While it has faced criticism in the past, it can be a valuable tool for clients seeking to enhance their retirement lifestyle. I ensure clients fully understand the implications and explore alternative options before recommending an Equity Release product, prioritising their best interests. I provide comprehensive, whole-of-market advice on first-charge mortgages and lifetime mortgage products, which address the needs of most of our clients. However, I do not advise on second-charge mortgages or home reversion products. Outside of work, I live in Sevenoaks and enjoy golf as well as following a variety of sports, both on TV and at live events.
