What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Our mortgage was up for renewal. We contacted Paul to see if there were any cheaper rates available other than our current mortgage provider.
How has Paul Steggle helped you?
Paul helped to find the best mortgage product for us and guided us through the whole process. Any questions were answered and the communication was great throughout. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had recently returned from living in the US and was renting a property in Sevenoaks whilst looking to purchase and required mortgage advice due to my unfamiliarity with the current UK mortgage scene.
How has Paul Steggle helped you?
Paul took the time to understand my financial situation and based upon this provided valuable advice and recommendations regarding mortgage type and potential mortgage providers as well as the documentation required to secure a mortgage. When I had an offer on a property accepted he then provided mortgage recommendations and swiftly obtained an agreement in principle so that the sale could proceed.
