Me and my husband were looking for a mortgage brokers who will help us to get mortgage for first time buyers.

Steve managed to secure us mortgage with high street lender ( I never thought that will be possible in our not straight forward case) with very good rates. Not only that , Steve communicate on our behalf with very impatient estate agent as I was too stress to handle it. Steve is absolutely amazing! He is very friendly and he knows that behind that mortgage application is a family with a dream, to buy forever home , and he do what he can to help this family make that dream come true. I can't express how grateful we are for his hard work and dedication. We received our mortgage offer on Tuesday and we can't wait for the day when we collect the keys to our home. What could they have done better?

Some minor process improvements to streamline things a bit better could have improved the service. I mentioned these to Steve and he actively called me up to understand more and provided information on some steps he had already taken in those areas to make improvements. He was very open to the feedback and wanted to improve his business which we liked.
