Peter was so helpful with my mortgage application and very generous with his time. He really took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He also helped me with some income protection cover and was extremely thorough when taking me through all the available options. It was my first time buying a property, so i was starting with almost no knowledge of what i needed or how any of it worked.

How has Peter Baldacchino helped you?

Peter helped me by going over in detail the process, what i needed, what my options where, the terminogogly and the relivant risks that there might be. He was able to talk over points and sections where i was unsure, in a manner and with language that was easy to understand, meaning i was confident in my new understand in everything i wanted to know. He then helped me find a range of good mortgage options/offers, we worked together to pick the one that would fit me best and talked over the reasons that was the case. After this he helped scure the offer and kept in contact during the process if i was to need further help. He also provided help sucuring critical illness cover, something i knew i little bit about, but he was able to give a comprehensive break down of all the info i needed and scured my a great policy that covers all my wants and needs, if the worst cases occur.

I cannot reccomend Peter at high street mortgages enough. As first time buyers we had no idea what to expect but Peter went into detail about all of our mortgage options and explained what to expect from the process. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was always happy to awnser any questions (there were many!) we had. Throughout our house buying journey Peter was the only professional who went above and beyond to help us and make our experience as easy as possible. We were planning to buy our first home.

How has Peter Baldacchino helped you?

We found Peter through one of the websites where you can request a financial advisor. We were in the process of starting to look for our first home and we had no clue about mortgages or generally the process. We met Peter for a general chat to talk through options which really helped us figure out what we could afford and when. By the time it came to make our offer Peter had got our mortgage in principle sorted out so we were in a good position to be accepted. He then carefully and clearly talked us through the full application process and successfully got us our first mortgage. Unfortunately the purchase fell through and our mortgage expired by the time we finally got round to finding somewhere else but Peter, again, had all the patience in the world for us and successfully got us another mortgage with HSBC. Throughout the whole process Peter explained all the terms we didn't understand, the benefits of fixed rates and all the other jargon that can be overwhelming for buying your first home. When the second attempt at buying came into difficulties Peter was also helpful in discussing our options. We couldn't have asked for a better mortgage advisor, we came away feeling confident we'd get the right deal but also with more knowledge of what we were signing up for.
