Jonathan has been approachable throughout our house hunting journey, also working with us to thoroughly understand our financial circumstances to seek out the best possible products for us. I’m extremely grateful for his help with making this all happen, as we were worried that this may take a long time in the current economic climate.

We have definitely seen the outcome that we were hoping for, having found our first property and being able to receive an approved mortgage offer to make this all happen. This is all thanks to Jonathan!

Jonathan has met and exceeded our expectations. My partner and I were buying our first flat and needed a mortgage. We consider ourselves financially literate but decided that getting some professional advice was worth it for such a big decision.

How has Jonathan Burridge helped you?

Jonathan helped us with the mortgage process, and that was all quite smooth and professionally managed, as we were hoping when getting an independent broker. He definitely went above and beyond though and offered valuable experience when we had issues with other parts of the purchase process. We had some complications that needed the lender to review things at a late stage, and Jonathan saved us time, money, and stress by making the right phone calls to make sure our file was reviewed in time.

Jonathan took the time to fully explain the options available to me, he gave me the confidence that I was applying for the right mortgage with the right lender. When my buyers pulled out late in the process Jonathan was able to quickly suggest alternative options in order to proceed with the purchase, this advice undoubtedly saved the purchase from collapsing.
