This is the 2nd time I have used Premier Plus Ltd for my mortgage, their employees have continued to be supportive and knowledgeable through a tricky situation over the past 2 years and have been so helpful getting me through it with minimal stress on their end. Thank you for working so hard!

How has Estelle Cameron helped you since your last review?
I dealt with Estelle back in 2021 where the circumstances surrounding my buy-to-let mortgage were drawn out. Estelle's manner is brusque but I would oversee this for sake of efficiency, however, our relations ended when she put the phone down on me announcing she was terminating our Client Agreement. Astonishingly I received an email shortly after from the MD of Premier Plus announcing that due to my "aggressive and rude behaviour", even though it was his employee who put the phone down on me not the other way around, that they didn't want to deal with "my type of person" and confirmed the Client Agreement terminated. I was never rude or aggressive to Estelle. What is alarming is that they contravened their very own Client Agreement by not providing the required 20 business days written notice and they cancelled an active buy-to-let application. It seemed to me the effort to reward ratio was not in their favour and they behaved in this manner. I had dealt with Estelle back in 2019 and found her then to be very efficient so I used her again in 2021, but, the experience was wholly different. I would have accepted them terminating our Client Agreement if they felt there was not a mortgage suitable for my circumstances provided they gave the required 20 business days in writing, instead they chose to attack my person and contravened their own Client Agreement.
