How has Estelle Cameron helped you since your last review?

I dealt with Estelle back in 2021 where the circumstances surrounding my buy-to-let mortgage were drawn out. Estelle's manner is brusque but I would oversee this for sake of efficiency, however, our relations ended when she put the phone down on me announcing she was terminating our Client Agreement. Astonishingly I received an email shortly after from the MD of Premier Plus announcing that due to my "aggressive and rude behaviour", even though it was his employee who put the phone down on me not the other way around, that they didn't want to deal with "my type of person" and confirmed the Client Agreement terminated. I was never rude or aggressive to Estelle. What is alarming is that they contravened their very own Client Agreement by not providing the required 20 business days written notice and they cancelled an active buy-to-let application. It seemed to me the effort to reward ratio was not in their favour and they behaved in this manner. I had dealt with Estelle back in 2019 and found her then to be very efficient so I used her again in 2021, but, the experience was wholly different. I would have accepted them terminating our Client Agreement if they felt there was not a mortgage suitable for my circumstances provided they gave the required 20 business days in writing, instead they chose to attack my person and contravened their own Client Agreement.

There are no words that can sum up the support that premier plus and Estelle offered. Our situation was very unique due to some personal events and the whole team were so creative, passionate, quick and driven to make it work. They were hit so many roadblocks but were quick to react, quick to offer a solution and quick to get to work to put the plan into action! We couldn't have done it with out them! They are all rock stars.

Estelle first helped us approximately 8 years ago to sort out life insurance. Naturally we then went to her when we needed a mortgage because we wanted to move house. Estelle helped with that mortgage and has recently helped us with our mortgage renewal.

How has Estelle Cameron helped you?

Estelle has been brilliant at supporting our mortgage renewal, it is so helpful that she contacted us a good time before it was due to be done. I think Estelle was perhaps thinking ahead as well due to the current increase in interest rates, she was able to fix us a rate early which although was higher than our current rate (obviously not her fault) has potentially saved us a lot of money due to the current economic climate. It's one less thing we have to worry about and just 'do as we're asked!' which really works for us when dealing with complex matters such as mortgages. Estelle had great knowledge of her topic and was able to explain any of the questions or difficulties that we had. Helen has also been fantastic at reviewing and updating our life insurances. Another matter that is really complex with lots of confusing and daunting language and Helen has made it easy. Once I had collated all the information we had, Helen reviewed it all, gave us our options and advice on what she thought would work for us. She was able to make an overwhelming bit of life admin pretty straightforward and easy with her patience, expertise and knowledge of her subject. Helen was also great at giving gentle reminders when we let things drift or we procrastinate because it's a hideous task! Thanks to Helen, we have more relevant life insurances and with her help, I'm confident that we will review these more regularly rather than forgetting they existed as we had done for the past 8 years! Both Helen and Estelle were also very efficient at replying to messages or any form of communication and did what they said they would do, which also makes life much easier. Huge thanks to Helen and Estelle

Buying our first home. Its a challenge enough moving but when its your first home its all very new and confusing so Estelle was a much needed help! We are now moving and I spoke to 2 other brokers to get a fair comparison and they were awful compared to Premier Plus.

We have used Premier Plus for 6 years now and they have always been fantastic. We used them for mortgage on our first home, remortgaging over the years and now moving house. They also helped with our life insurance and home survey. They are a friendly team, always happy to answer questions and reply to emails very quickly. They have also always offered us much better rates in comparison to other brokers. I would recommend to friends & family.
