I was moving home and needed a mortgage but have a complicated income set up and was also nervous due to the ongoing lockdowns and restrictions. Kate was strongly recommended to us by a friend who she had previously helped.

How has Kate Gentry helped you?

Kate was simply outstanding, constantly in contact with updates and went above and beyond to get the best result. Kate gave clear instruction for what she needed from us making the process so much less stressful and keep it on all track. Her friendly personality and knowledge gave us so much confidence in her and she made us feel so comfortable discussing our finances with her. Kate has also clearly been very clever in linking herself to a strong team around her to ensure all areas are covered if she is not directly available for any reason and works with partners that are built on the same ethos as herself to ensure the best client experience.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely, there is no doubt in our minds that we would not have pursued trying to buy our dream home, during a pandemic, due to the amount of complications we thought were involved, had it not been for Kate and the work she put in. We will 100% be using Kate over and over again and have already told friend's and family to use her, which they have.

What could they have done better?

Genuinely nothing. Kate had an incredibly hard challenge with our mortgage but was determined to get the right result for us and did. Kate went from a complete stranger when we contacted her, to someone who I as a multiple business owner, quickly recognised that I would trust with my finances and her advice.

We are looking at investing in properties for along time to come and Fiancial advice from some one of Kate Gentry's ability is an absolute must!

yes Kate was very good and very thorough from start to finish in our quest for buy to let properties. Our quest is ongoing and will continue with Kates guidance and monitoring and arrranging the appropiate mortgages.

Yes. The quest is on going and we cannot fault the advice we have had and we are are still getting today.

Been very honest, I think that Kate Gentry has done a wonderful job of creating the information form mortgage brokers and laising with estate agents much better than we could have done oursleves. I feel very guilty as it has taken me until now to upload my review. Premier Plus helped me and my wife secure our mortgage for our first home last December. Fixed mortgage rate ended and needed to find a better rate, I have previously done this myself but it takes lots of time and I have found you can't always get the best deals going directly.

How has Kate Gentry helped you?

Kate re-searched the mortgage market and found a suitable cheaper rate than those offered to me directly. All the hassle of dealing with the companies directly was removed as I completed forms and sent information directly to Kate. I look forward to using her services again next time.
