What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Let down by a major High Street bank who whilst having a savings review talked me into an AIP for a mortgage. Put an offer in on a house and they then wouldn't give me a mortgage due to my employment status (which they gave me an AIP on!)
How has Simon Carr helped you?
Simon talked through my situation and found a lender who would give me a mortgage. He found me a 15 year mortgage which allowed for overpayments (which I requested). The product was exactly what I wanted and in the long term has saved me £1000's compared to the High Street bank.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Better! Simon did a fantastic job and was quick and efficient ringing me in the evening to sort.
What could they have done better?
Nothing. Simon exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
