How has Steve Farrell helped you?
Steve was instrumental in the success of our mortgage search. He understands the market, the lenders and the products to narrow the options down perfectly for the products that are likely to accept you. This was fundamental for us as we had credit issues. Steve is a flexible worker and always keeps you updated on the progress of your mortgage and the communications he is having. When we had problems during our first mortgage through our solicitor he was proactive and supportive in communicating directly with them, which was not in the scope of his role. Where mortgage application nuances arise, Steve is able to effectively manage these to reduce the stress or impact on us as customers. His relationships with the lenders is evident by the way he coordinated a manually underwritten mortgage for our first mortgage. He is also very willing to take the time in explaining the process and the reasons for each step. Without Steve we absolutely would not be in our beautiful home, for which we could not be more grateful. I recommend Steve to family and friends who I know have utilised his services.

Absolutely- we have loved in our home for 2 year and just secured our 5 year remortgage through Steve and his exceptional service. Even though we dif not necessarily need a mortgage broker during our remortgage, we felt strongly that the service, advice and outcome obtained by Steve was worth every penny we would spend for it. It is vital that the right expertise is provided during the mortgage process so as to protect your credit history and options, and Steve is able to do that.

Listens to what product you are looking for, and finds the product that is best for you. We have had a previous mortgage and life insurance mis sold to us many years ago, so very nervous about taking the plunge into the financial world again. Following family illness and unsatisfactory support from our current mortgage company we needed someone to give objective advice in relation to remortgaging. My fiancé and I were first time buyers and wanted expert advice on the various mortgage and insurance options available. As our budget was tight, we needed someone who was going to deliver at a reasonable price.
How has Steve Farrell helped you?
After a preliminary phone call, Steve met with us in person late one evening at my parents' house to discuss the various different mortgage options available to us and gave us advice on how much we could afford, and which options best suited our needs. After this meeting, we put down an offer on a house and Steve was very quick arranging some quotes for us - he got us a really good mortgage rate with a building society and because the Estate Agents were very difficult, he spoke to them on our behalf, which really was above and beyond the call of service. He completed all the paperwork for the mortgage application for us and was the go-between, which relieved a lot of stress from us! Everything went through smoothly and he was always incredibly polite and provided great service. After the house exchanged, he also provided quotes for buildings/contents and life insurance, as well as provided us with information on the other insurance covers available.

Yes, we completed on our house and got the mortgage/insurance we wanted.
