What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We were looking for a rather specific type of mortgage that included equity as deposit andone applicant was self employed. We were struggling to find the right product to suit us to allow us to purchase our home.
How has Chris Dunne helped you?
Chris managed to find us the specific mortgage product to suit our needs, kept us informed throughout the process and made the process extremely easy from start to finish. He even went above and beyond and found us better rates a few weeks later than were available at the first application.

We wanted to purchase a new property but we were in a fixed rate mortgage so wanted to know our options

Chris was fantastic in providing us with the possible options providing open and honest information on each option and any cost implications to consider
