What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I am a first time buyer and I am not English, so I needed an extra support to understand every step of the procesa.
How has Steven Lyons helped you?
Steven was very willing to support me and my wife, explaining me in details the process and he was very patient since English is not my first language. He used to call me and email me straightaway to answer all my questions and provide the best advise.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. I am finishing the process of buying my first house in the UK.
What could they have done better?
They provided a VIP service. Honestly I don’t know how it could have done better since everything was amazing.
