Emma has been outstanding. She has helped explain processes to me in a clear way as a first time buyer and has removed a lot of the stress that surrounds buying a house. Emma was also proactive at finding a cheaper mortgage on my behalf when rates dipped which I am certain I would not have had time or knowledge to do myself. I am certain I have saved costs by using Emma's services and also my sanity! Emma has always been available at very short notice to speak with myself and give advice.

There were delays with the Mortgage lender responding following the valuation of our property and Emma contacted them everyday to chase them for us. She kept myself fully informed with updates and where we were with it. Given us clear advice on mortgages from different companies. Been very contactable at every stage of our application. She has got us a mortgage for a house after being told we couldn’t due to some financial restraints and we now are about to move into the property.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

First mortgage was refused, my estate agents signposted me to Emma where she was able to find me a mortgage which meant I didn’t have to pull out of the sale.

How has Emma Hamilton helped you?

Obtained a mortgage after the first was refused, although we had to pay £500 to Emma, this meant we were able to proceed with the purchase of the house which was ultimately a life saver.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, we have a mortgage soon to be completed and Emma has found us insurance as well.

What could they have done better?

Emma was superb and I couldn’t fault her service, although there was a high cost for the services ,however, it meant we were able to find a mortgage.

Called Emma to see if she could help with a remortgage as she set up my previous one and it couldn’t have been easier. Emma came back to me with various options and all a lot cheaper than I was paying. Very friendly and easy to talk to, communication was always prompt too which is always handy.

Emma has gone above and beyond to source our mortgage, my partner is self employed in a high risk industry, so it hasn’t been 100% straight forward, but she’s been amazing. She also sourced our buildings and contents insurance as well as our life and critical illness insurance, she sorted the whole package!

We reached to Emma after our first mortgage expired, after the seller's purchase had fell through, causing delays to our purchase

Emma was really proactive and super quick in providing us with a new mortgage in the very time-sensitive situation we found ourselves into, we could've lost the house, but she saved the day!

Emma helped us to find the best deal for our first mortgage, she helped us find a good deal on house insurance and life insurance as well. Emma introduced me to an amazing solicitor too that helped us with all the legal stuff. Emma was friendly, informative and went above and beyond to help. I loved that I could just pick up the phone and speak to her or pop her an email and get an immediate response. Excellent service.

I was looking for advice for mortgages to buy a house with my partner, and then when we received a mortgage offer for house insurance and going to be looking at changing life insurance.

How has Emma Hamilton helped you?

Emma offered advice, guidance and support to look at what Mortgages we could apply for, including looking at not on the High Street lenders. Emma broken things down and really explained all the options, pros and cons, in simple easy to understand language. She answered our questions. Emma was available, we could contact her via phone or email. Emma also sought out better home insurance than we had found and was able to look at what the policy included against our needs and if it covers the property.

Definitely, considering we had a few complications during our time in purchasing the house and one mortgage offered expired . Emma went above and beyond to support us. We are now finally moved in to our new home ?
