What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

First time buyer - was advised copper associates and given a different person, however Ben kindly stepped in and managed my case. He’s since assisted in a remortgage under complex circumstances and been generally incredible

Both with a first time buyer mortgage and then with a remortgage, whilst pregnant. Ben has always answered my weird and wonderful questions promptly and been able to find a deal that works around my circumstances.
