He worked diligently for us and was extremely thorough in reviewing paperwork and submitting the application on our behalf. His work ethic and professionalism has just been absolutely second to none. I felt like Hubert worked with us and listened to us to help us secure a product that was within our budget, was suitable for our attitude to risk and he helped to explain it all in plain English so that we really understand our obligations. His customer service was genuine and empathetic.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We have been able to secure a very good mortgage rate on a product with a high street lender which is everything we could have asked for. The outcome was to be able to complete a mortgage application and get a mortgage offer. Hubert has done all of that and more and moreover made a process that is quite intimidating for a first time buyer very stress free.

What could they have done better?

Absolutely nothing. Hubert has been brilliant.
