What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Taking out a mortgage for the first time on our first house.
How has Samuel Miller helped you?
He was proactive in finding the right deal for us, not just the cheapest. He was diligent and knowledgeable in the products and processes so was able to answer all of the questions we had… and naturally there was a lot.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, we have completed on the mortgage this week and everything is in place for a smooth transition.
What could they have done better?
Nothing. Sam was proactive, and on the ball throughout the process, typically contacting us before we contacted him, supporting his proactivity, but not som much as we felt pressured. His level of contact and communication was excellent.
