I contacted Daniel because I was selling my flat and buying a house and needed advice guidance to secure a Mortage.

Daniel guided me from start to finish with advice and guidance, Daniel is very informative and explained every step of the way with clear and concise information, looking for the best possible outcome for me, advising me best options to take, as well as initially my first few sales falling through which in turn made my purchase fall through, Daniel also helped me with this and gave me advice, then managing to sell again and Daniel managed to secure me a Mortage for a second time once I had found another property to purchase.
