I had to re-mortgage two properties very quickly as my monthly payments with my previous providers were just getting ridiculous with all the interest rate rises!

How has Errol Hall helped you?

I generally don’t write reviews. I am always conscious about endorsing someone who then doesn’t live up to expectation for the next client but I started drafting Errol’s review weeks before my second mortgage was completed. Errol does not take his clients for granted. I spoke to one advisor in the east of the city before settling with Errol; that advisor was so patronising! I asked him a question about rates; he became very irritable! Not Errol! I have learnt so much about mortgages whilst going through my re-mortgaging with Errol – I remortgaged two properties back-to-back. He listened to my needs and found products that were appropriate and good value for money. He is not a pressure-seller; he will find the product and give you the time and space to consider if you want to go for it. Great … but my warning to you is to be proactive and grab a good deal quickly – I let some fantastic deals slip through my fingers because I did not act on them in good time. Errol is not in it for the commission – he just wants very satisfied customers at the end of the process. The second re-mortgage was a bit challenging with the valuation coming just short of what we had projected. He hung in there with me until I had an offer which I was happy with.
