Buying a house with partner. Needed multiple options so we could figure out which was most suitable for us.

week provided very clear options, we had a face to face call where we discussed our requirements and he put forward some suggestions then followed it up with an email showing the benefits of each option.

Yes we have received our mortgage in principal within a couple of days, then the mortgage offer within a week or so, super speedy. We’re looking at insurance options currently.

What could they have done better?

Errol’s service exceeded my expectations, I’m very nervous about such massive financial commitments but Errol was super friendly, listened and took time to understand what we wanted and provided us with some great options, which were clearly defined and easy to understand. Errol uses multiple methods of communication (whatsapp / email / video call) which I really appreciated as I can’t view my personal emails during work hours. And he was always responsive with any questions we had. I’ve very grateful to have been recommended Errol from a friend and will absolutely recommend Errol to my friends too.
