We were coming up to the end of our current mortgage term so were looking to remortgage
How has Chris Layzell helped you?
As he has done in the past, Chris helped guide us through the process, explaining the different offers pros and cons in relation to our personal circumstances. We also wanted to take a little bit of equity out for home renovations, Chris was able to walk us through impacts of that on our mortgage so that we could take out the right amount for us.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, we were able to secure a very good rate for the next 5 years. We even got a later rate reduction that Chris followed up with at the last minute which was great.
