Knew Steven through people that had bought our home. My wife and I had decided to separate so I needed advice with our current mortgage. Wife wanted to move closer to family and I was happy to live in the current location. Put the house on the market had buyers, all set to sell and move our separate ways. I sat down with Steve and when I mentioned that wife and I had put in a lot of work on the house we were selling and I was gutted to sell up and move and start all over again, Steven suggested why I don't I remortgage and pay my wife out of the current mortgage, I never thought of that option and it was clearly the right option for me. I'm now living in the address on my own with a affordable mortgage all set up by Steven.
